Duties & Responsibilities Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new clients in line with company growth strategy; conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution proposals; generate and follow up on qualified leads. Account Management: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships; conduct regular customer reviews; identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities; achieve monthly and annual gross profit and volume targets.
