Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Coordinator tosupport day-to-day supply chain activities in a fast-paced electronics assemblyenvironment. This role is responsible for coordinating purchase orders, suppliercommunication, inventory management, and internal coordination with production andwarehouse teams to ensure material availability and smooth deliveries. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and administer purchase orders (POs): capture, issue, track, andmaintain documentation. Follow up with suppliers on lead times, delivery schedules, order confirmations,and required documents. Liaise with production and warehouse teams to support material readiness forassembly plans. Assist with inventory control: stock tracking, reconciliations, cycle counts, andstock take preparation. Maintain accurate records on ERP systems and Excel (open orders, GRVs, stockmovements, supplier master data). Coordinate logistics and deliveries: courier bookings, collections, deliveryschedules, and delivery note control. Support receiving processes by verifying quantities and documentation; escalatdiscrepancies and shortages. Prepare basic reports such as open PO reports, stock status updates, andsupplier delivery performance. Provide general supply chain coordination and administrative support as required. Minimum Requirements Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field(preferred). 1–3 years of experience in supply chain/procurement/inventory coordinationsupport (manufacturing experience is a strong advantage). Strong Excel skills; ERP exposure beneficial (e.g., SAP, Sage, Syspro, Dynamics,Oracle). Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with suppliers andinternal stakeholders. High attention to detail, organized, and able to work under pressure.Advantageous / Nice to Have Exposure to electronics components, BOMs, part numbers, and lead timemanagement. Understanding of assembly/manufacturing material requirements. Familiarity with GRVs, invoice support documentation, and procurementprocess controls. #J-18808-Ljbffr
