Junior Process Engineer - Secunda, Mpumalanga - Salary: R26,000 to R30,000 CTC An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Process Engineer to join a dynamic operations team in Secunda, Mpumalanga. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will provide essential technical support to ensure optimum plant performance and availability . Key Responsibilities Ensure safe and efficient operation of plant processes. Support production targets by providing process technical expertise. Monitor plant health and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. Lead the onsite implementation of process changes. Provide input into process-related aspects of projects, including commissioning of new installations. Manage risks related to the protection of plant equipment. Train and support operators to maintain high performance standards. Minimum Requirements Degree in Chemical Engineering . Minimum 2 years experience in an engineering or related field (preferred). Computer literacy is essential. Experience in water treatment will be advantageous. Must be a fast learner and able to work with minimal supervision. Own reliable transport required.
