A growing luxury hospitality group is seeking a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth across a portfolio of premium Southern African properties. This is a hands‑on, sales-focused role suited to a confident professional with an established network in the luxury travel and corporate markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive new business across corporate and leisure markets Build and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets Prepare and present proposals to senior stakeholders (including C-suite) Manage and grow existing accounts Collaborate with external agencies on marketing campaigns and brand alignment Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client engagements Monitor market trends and report on sales performance KEY FOCUS: Strong emphasis on corporate business development , including: Executive retreats and offsites Incentive travel programmes Corporate hospitality and group experiences REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in luxury travel / hospitality sales Established network within the luxury travel trade and/or corporate sector Experience engaging with senior decision-makers Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and proactive Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel ADVANTAGEOUS: International market exposure (UK, Europe, USA, Australasia) Experience with safari, wine, or boutique hospitality environments Trade show and industry event experience Suitable applications to be emailed to #J-18808-Ljbffr
