The Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant This is a full 360 recruitment role focused on developing new business, managing client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and driving revenue growth. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to placement, with a strong focus on generating vacancies and building long-term client accounts. Key Responsibilities Develop and win new business within the Print & Packaging sector Identify and approach potential clients through proactive business development Build strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to placement Source, interview, and qualify candidates for permanent opportunities Negotiate terms of business and placement fees Maintain and grow existing client accounts Use LinkedIn, CRM systems, networking, referrals, and market intelligence to generate leads About You Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role Strong sales and business development background Demonstrable track record of opening doors and bringing on new clients Experience within Print, Packaging, Manufacturing, or Industrial recruitment preferred Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills Commercially aware and target-driven Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Able to manage the full recruitment process independently Professional, consultative, and credible with clients and candidates
