Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and/or Android. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve app performance. Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and third‑party SDKs. Maintain code quality through proper documentation, version control, and best practices. Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and design patterns in mobile development. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in mobile app development (iOS, Android, or cross‑platform). Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: Cross‑platform – Flutter, React Native, Xamarin. Experience integrating APIs and working with backend services. Understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile design guidelines. Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git). Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Azure). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Published apps on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
