Purpose of Role The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences that enable end users to effectively adopt and utilize digital tools and technologies. The role focuses on translating complex concepts into practical, accessible training while supporting clients in building capability across all levels of the organization. Additionally, the role is responsible for continuously improving learning programmes, maintaining subject matter expertise, and driving measurable impact through high learner satisfaction, quality delivery, and achievement of key performance outcomes. Duties & Responsibilities Deliver high-quality training sessions across virtual and hybrid environments, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience Facilitate specialist courses and large-scale webinars for diverse audiences Customize training content, topics, and learning programmes to meet specific client or business needs Maintain up-to-date subject matter expertise through continuous professional development (CPD) Manage training administration accurately, including attendance tracking, learner evaluations, and reporting Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including learner satisfaction, quality scores, and delivery effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality in learning delivery Provide feedback and insights to enhance curriculum, content, and overall learning strategy Skills & Abilities Strong proficiency in end-user technologies including Excel, Power BI, Microsoft 365 (O365), SharePoint, MS Project, Adobe tools, and Copilot Solid understanding of data literacy concepts and data governance principles Experience delivering engaging learning solutions and training programs Ability to conduct training needs analysis and gap analysis to identify client requirements Skilled in creating high-quality training materials and course content (instructor-led and/or digital) Experience delivering accredited and vendor-aligned learning programs desirable Comfortable facilitating sessions for diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders and executives Location and Hours Cape Town CBD or Midrand, Hybrid - 09:00-17:30 BST Data Privacy Notice The personal information you provide during the application and recruitment process will be used solely for recruitment purposes, in accordance with our data protection policies.
