Monthly Stipend: Receive a stipend of R2,000 per month for the duration of your 3 to 6‑month placement. Mentorship & Support: Benefit from on‑site mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, helping you develop practical skills and confidence. Career Pathways: Increase your chances of securing full‑time employment after your placement, as many host companies are actively looking to hire and build future talent pipelines. Skills Development: Participate in large‑scale skills training and entrepreneurship development, boosting your employability and career prospects.
