Accreditation and Compliance Coordinator / Officer About the Role A well-established organisation in the education and training sector is seeking an experienced Accreditation and Compliance Coordinator / Officer to manage programme accreditation and ensure full regulatory compliance within the South African framework. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of education legislation and hands‑on experience dealing with regulatory bodies and accreditation processes. Key Responsibilities Manage accreditation and programme registration processes with: DHET, QCTO, Umalusi, and SAQA Prepare and submit new applications, renewals, and amendments Compile and submit annual and ad hoc regulatory reports Manage uploads and submissions on HEQCIS Ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant legislation and frameworks Maintain policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation Prepare for audits and external quality assurance reviews Liaise with regulatory bodies and respond to queries Support internal stakeholders on compliance requirements Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Quality Management, Public Administration, relevant industry experience 3–5 years’ experience in accreditation / compliance within education or training Proven experience working with DHET CHE - NON NEGOTIABLE Hands‑on experience with HEQCIS submissions Strong understanding of South African regulatory frameworks Key Skills Attention to detail Analytical thinking Regulatory interpretation Time management Report writing Stakeholder engagement Organisation Problem‑solving Communication Compliance management #J-18808-Ljbffr
