Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). 45 years sales experience within the integrated electronic security industry. Computer literacy. Knowledge of consulting engineers will be advantageous. PSIRA registration (required). Key Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed allocated sales budgets (turnover and gross profit). Conduct a minimum of 10 sales calls per week. Maintain a strong appointment ratio (minimum 5/10 conversion). Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market presence. Promote and sell integrated project solutions to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and working standards. Maintain Stallions core values of accountability, quality, discipline, urgency, commitment, and integrity. Key Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills.
