In this role, you will be the architect of our client’s digital marketing ecosystem, leading a multi-disciplinary team to move their digital maturity from nascent to multi-moment. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the development of an integrated digital marketing strategy and roadmap to grow our clients’ brands. Campaign Delivery: Oversee the deployment and optimization of best‑practice multi‑channel campaigns for customer acquisition, growth, and retention. Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of specialists across analytics, operations, enablement, and creative. Performance & ROI: Take ownership of the digital marketing budget and remain accountable for achieving sales targets and marketing efficiencies. Data & Insights: Set the execution plan for data reporting, using high‑impact analytics to communicate recommendations to C‑suite stakeholders. Digital Transformation: Identify and drive rapid digitization projects to improve top and bottom‑line performance. Requirements To be considered for this senior leadership position, you must meet the following criteria: Education Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential). Degree or Equivalent in Marketing (Essential). Google Marketing Platform qualification (Advantageous). Experience General Experience: 10–15 years of work experience with an extensive understanding of digital marketing campaigns, financial management, and performance reporting (Essential). Leadership Experience: 3–6 years of proven management experience (Essential). Core Skills: Comprehensive knowledge in data analysis, commercial acumen, brand management, and project management.
