A property investment business, with a strong portfolio of retail assets, is looking for an Accountant to join their finance team. The role will focus on managing the financials for a defined property portfolio within a structured and well-established environment.Duties: Manage the full accounting processes across a defined property portfolio Prepare, review, and maintain reconciliations with a high level of accuracy Compile monthly management reports and financial summaries Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes across the portfolio Oversee billing and tenant-related financial processes Manage VAT submissions and related compliance requirements Support audit preparation and year-end financial processes Monitor cash flow and assist with financial planning activities Supervise and support a junior finance team member Maintain the efficient use of property management accounting systems Qualifications & Skills: BCom Previous experience within property finance is essential MDA/MRI Full accounting function Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.For more finance opportunities, visit
