As an AE, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in a pre-sale’s activities, demonstrating technical aspects and benefits of our products to partners and potential customers. Key Responsibilities Contact with partners and end users to understand their needs and support them in business development by trainings, product demonstrations. Provide technical support during the sales process, including customer meetings and presentations. Collaborate with the global sales team on project follow-ups, verification of product quality, correct solution selection Support the technology sales efforts of the global sales team. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive the success of Datalogic products by providing customer feedback and staying current with industry trends and new technologies. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Languages: Fluency in English; other foreign languages are a plus Experience: 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role as a Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Project Manager or similar. Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics; Other Information & Specific Skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently with minimal instruction. Presentation skills to demonstrate hardware, software and value propositions. Excellent technical and communication skills. Open mind willing to learn Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
