You will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and timely deployment of candidates into client shifts, maintaining audit-ready compliance files, and delivering consistent, high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end temporary healthcare resourcing process, ensuring all compliance checks are completed before deployment Oversee and quality-check candidate compliance files, including right to work, references, DBS/police checks, and professional registrations Maintain audit-ready records with accurate documentation, expiry tracking, and verification notes Monitor compliance expiries and proactively manage renewals to avoid disruption to service delivery Lead candidate communication, ensuring clear guidance, timelines, and follow-ups Work closely with Consultants and Account Managers to ensure all placements meet client compliance standards Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all activity is logged and up to date Coach, develop, and performance-manage the resourcing team Conduct regular file audits and process reviews to maintain high standards Support operational delivery by ensuring compliant workers are available for shifts Lead team engagement through daily scrums, weekly meetings, and performance reviews Ensure appropriate resourcing levels to meet business demands Key Performance Indicators 100% compliance accuracy (“right-first-time” candidate clearance) Time-to-clear candidates within agreed client timelines Zero preventable cancellations due to compliance issues 100% renewal of compliance documents before expiry High CRM data accuracy and completeness Positive candidate experience and responsiveness Successful internal and external audit outcomes Skills & Experience Proven experience in temporary healthcare recruitment/resourcing or compliance Strong knowledge of UK healthcare compliance processes Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams Highly organised with strong attention to detail Experience using CRM systems and managing compliance documentation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Qualifications & Compliance Knowledge Strong understanding of compliance requirements including right-to-work checks, references, DBS/police clearance, professional registration, safeguarding, and mandatory training Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality standards Experience maintaining audit trails and supporting compliance audits Education to Matric level (or equivalent) Proven experience within the UK nursing/healthcare sector #J-18808-Ljbffr
