Minimum requirements: Certification in credit management courses Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in credit control At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role Establish and enforce company credit policies and procedures Approve new customer accounts and set credit limits Monitor credit risk exposure across ledgers Liaise with debtor insurance companies as required Oversee the collection of outstanding invoices within agreed terms Monitor ageing reports and ensure targets are met Escalate high-risk or overdue accounts Authorise legal action or handover to collections where necessary Manage staff KPIs Manage, train, and develop credit control and verification staff Assist clients when required Allocate workloads and monitor team performance Conduct performance reviews and training sessions Motivate teams and resolve queries/disputes efficiently Implement fraud prevention and verification controls Ensure compliance with company policies Stay up to date with developments and assist with system improvements Oversee the credit control function and verification team Strong negotiation and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Leadership and team management ability Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Excel In-house system training will be provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
