The ideal candidate will lead our financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and maintain accurate and timely reporting. Job Responsibilities Prepare Monthly Financial Reports (MFR) and ensure compliance with audit requirements, including audit schedules. Perform monthly reconciliations on sales, inventory, member commissions, etc. Prepare annual budgets and conduct variance analysis. Liaise with external tax/audit agents, company secretary, bankers, and government authorities on compliance matters. Oversee finance operations, including commission and supplier payments, stock/cash counts, and fixed asset register maintenance. Qualifications Degree in Accounting or a recognized professional qualification. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience. Knowledge of accounting system implementation is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Updated knowledge of IFRS and best practices. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
