Main Responsibilities Include: Provide professional and high-quality support to both internal and external customers in accordance with established SLAs Advise and educate customers on the company procedures for the different billing models Handling monthly account and e-wallet queries via telephone, WhatsApp chatbot and company ticketing system Create, assign, escalate, follow up and resolve tickets Build positive relationships with customers and collaborate with team members to ensure top-tier service Perform administrative duties such as follow-up of failed communications, update of customer profiles and reporting Sending bulk emails and SMSs communication to customers Requirements and Competencies:Grade 12 and at least 2 years experience in a call centre/customer support environment Strong administration, organising, problem-solving and time management skills Computer literate MS Outlook/Excel/Word and Internet Formal business writing and professional communication skills in both Afrikaans and English Ability to remain calm, objective and self-controlled under pressure Ability to think and act proactively to minimise escalations and further queries Problem resolution driven, positive attitude & have a passion for service delivery Own reliable transport and preferably reside in the Northern Suburbs.
