Minimum Requirements: 13 years experience in a professional, high-volume kitchen. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and organized approach. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Solid understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Creative mindset with a passion for culinary excellence. Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and shifts as required. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the restaurants fine-dining standards. Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations. Ensure all ingredients are prepped, portioned, and stored correctly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times. Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and basic ordering processes. Monitor food quality and report any issues to senior chefs. Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Assist during service to ensure timely and efficient dish execution. Continuously learn and develop culinary skills under guidance from senior team members.
