Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Factory / Production Manager to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a solid background in production management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily factory and production operations Lead, supervise, and motivate production staff Ensure production targets and deadlines are met Monitor and control stock levels and inventory processes Oversee basic machine maintenance and ensure equipment is operational Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive working environment Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a factory or manufacturing environment Proven experience managing staff and production processes Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management Basic knowledge of machine maintenance Good problem-solving and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
