Overview Redhill School is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Debtors & Finance Administrator to join our Finance Team. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working with people, managing complex financial processes, and contributing to a high-performing school environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of the debtors cycle, ensuring the effective collection of school fees, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the school's broader financial operations, including aspects of assets and trade payables. Responsibilities Manage the full debtors' cycle and collection process Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts Liaise professionally with parents and guardians regarding account queries and payment arrangements Prepare financial reports and reconciliations Support asset management and trade payables processes Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure compliance with school financial policies and procedures Requirements 3-5+ years' experience in debtors, accounts receivable or credit control Previous experience within a school or educational environment will be advantageous Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with accounting systems (SAGE 300 / Accpac advantageous) Excellent communication and relationship-management skills High levels of accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail What We're Looking For Organised and highly detail-oriented Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders Professional, discreet and solutions-focused Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture At Redhill, you'll join a values-driven community that combines educational excellence with innovation, belonging and a commitment to developing future-ready young people.
