As a Resource Guide, you will work closely with our Recruitment Guides to source, review, match, and approach IT professionals. What You Will Do Be the point of contact for IT professionals and truly listen to their ambitions Collaborate with Recruitment Guides to create the perfect matches Continuously search for, approach, source, follow up with, and call potential IT professionals Work strategically and tactically to grow your own business based on concrete goals with your team Draft job vacancies Is This You?
