Job title: Auto Electrician Salary: Market-related Location: Centurion, Gauteng Vacancy type: Full-time Job Duties: Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle electrical and electronic systems Fault-find wiring, circuits, sensors, control units, and CAN bus systems Install, repair, and test starters, alternators, batteries, and lighting systems Diagnose and repair engine management systems, ABS, airbags, and immobilisers Use diagnostic tools and scan equipment to identify electrical faults Repair wiring looms and replace damaged cables, connectors, and fuses Install accessories such as alarms, tracking systems, radios, and cameras Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Conduct electrical inspections and preventative maintenance Ensure all work meets safety, manufacturer, and quality standards Complete job cards and technical reports accurately Requirements / Qualifications Trade qualification as an Auto Electrician (Red Seal / Trade Test preferred) Matric - preferred 3–5+ years’ experience as an Auto Electrician (light, heavy, or both) Experience with trucks, buses, or plant equipment (advantage) Valid driver’s licence Ability to work independently and diagnose complex faults OEM experience an advantage Willingness to work overtime or on standby (where required) By submitting your information and application you hereby confirm: 1.
