Administrator Location : Woodmead, Johannesburg We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to support the day-to-day office functions and operational branch activities. This role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines while assisting with clerical and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Administration – manage fuel/toll slips, mileage logs, licence renewals, inspection sheets, and compliance records Administration – handle timesheets, operational reports, compliance records, staff inductions, training records, and disciplinary administration Reporting – compile incident reports, maintain records, and provide weekly summaries for management Orders & Payments – manage stationery, consumables, requisitions, payment requests, travel claims, and expense records Payroll & ESS – maintain attendance, leave, payroll records, assist with ESS queries, and process resignations Personnel Files – maintain confidential employee records, compliance documentation, and conduct audits Firearm Management – update firearm registers, permits, inspection reports, and compliance documentation Qualifications & Experience Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (NQF Level 4) Minimum 2 years’ proven administration experience Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite Payroll, administration, or HR qualification advantageous Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer orientation and attention to detail Fluent in English Employment Details Working hours: 08:00 – 16:00 Reporting line: Area Manager Remuneration: As per agreement #J-18808-Ljbffr
