Description: The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the daily management of the kitchen, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and shared dining experiences. Responsibilities include kitchen leadership, menu development, stock and cost control, staff training, hygiene compliance, supplier management, and maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards. The role requires a hands‑on chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead a motivated brigade while maintaining consistency and creativity. The ideal candidate will have strong operational knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and experience managing high-volume service within an upmarket restaurant or hospitality environment.
