Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee the full finance function, lead a small finance and administration team, and provide strategic financial insight to support business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full finance function, including reporting, compliance, and controls Prepare and present monthly management accounts Oversee costing, pricing, and margin analysis Manage SARS submissions, VAT, and tax compliance Lead debtors, creditors, payroll, bookkeeping, and administration functions Drive process improvements, internal controls, and financial efficiencies Partner with operations on stock management, costing, and performance optimisation Manage treasury activities, including cash flow and bank payments Provide commercial and financial insight to support strategic decision-making Job Experience & Skills Required:BCom Accounting (essential) 5+ years' experience in a Financial Manager or similar leadership role Manufacturing, engineering, projects, or operational industry experience preferred Strong management accounting, costing, and pricing experience Proven experience managing finance and administration teams SARS, VAT, and tax compliance knowledge Sage 200 experience essential Advanced Excel skills Commercially astute, hands-on, and solutions-driven Apply now!
