We’re Hiring: Project & Delivery Manager (IT) We are looking for an experienced Project & Delivery Manager to lead and deliver high-impact IT projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple IT initiatives Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets (where applicable), and resource allocation Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives using Jira Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation in Confluence Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership Track project performance, provide regular status updates, and conduct post-project evaluations Supervise, coach, and mentor IT interns and junior team members, including task allocation, skills development, and performance feedback Promote best practices in project governance, agile delivery, and continuous improvement Required Qualifications & Experience 3+ years’ experience as a Project & Delivery Manager in an IT or technology-driven environment Proven, hands‑on experience using Jira and Confluence in an agile or hybrid delivery setting Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) Experience managing, mentoring, or supervising interns or junior team members Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (technical and non-technical) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Advanced Jira reporting skills, including the use of graphs, burndown/burnup charts, velocity, cycle time, cumulative flow, dashboards, and custom filters Working knowledge of Jira integrations such as Bitbucket, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, test tools, and Service Desk Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar) Confident verbal facilitation skills for meetings, workshops, and conflict resolution Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams If you’re passionate about delivering quality IT solutions while developing people and driving continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
