Minimum Requirements Trade Test qualification essential. 3–5 years’ experience as a Fitter within a manufacturing/factory environment. Manufacturing or factory experience advantageous. Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills. Ability to work shifts and under pressure. Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct mechanical maintenance and repairs. Perform preventative maintenance on machinery. Fault-finding and breakdown response. Ensure production downtime is minimized.
