Key Responsibilities: Manage warehouse, inventory, receiving, dispatch, and distribution operations Ensure stock accuracy, inventory integrity, and on-time deliveries Oversee route planning, resource allocation, and budget control Drive operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and customer service teams Develop and maintain customer service policies, procedures, and standards Resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Monitor performance, analyse reports, and implement continuous improvements Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and industry regulations Manage the maintenance of vehicles, machinery, equipment, and warehouse facilities This is a senior management role requiring a hands-on leader with strong operational, customer service, and people management experience. Minimum Requirements: Matric Relevant Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain Management Minimum 10 years' warehousing and distribution experience Minimum 5 years' management experience FMCG/distribution industry experience preferred Syspro or similar ERP system experience essential Valid driver's licence Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
