Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Relevant university degree (advantageous) 5–10 years’ management experience with a proven track record and contactable references Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or operations will be advantageous Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Xero is beneficial Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking Ability to take responsibility and accountability Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively Capable of working independently and within a team Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of operational goals across various properties and programmes Oversee and manage office operations and administrative functions Coordinate logistical planning and ensure efficient workflow processesAssist in building and maintaining a capable and reliable team Collaborate with management and departments to ensure alignment with organisational objectives Maintain accurate records and support financial and operational administration Foster and uphold the organisation’s ethos and values in daily operations Working Conditions Based in the Greater Kruger region (approximately 30 min from Hoedspruit) Working days are Monday to Friday.
