To lead and deliver strategic marketing initiatives aligned to the product and brand strategy, driving customer engagement, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting commercial growth. This role integrates brand campaigns, sponsorships, activations, and customer insights to ensure all marketing efforts are impactful, measurable, and results-driven. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Brand Development Develop and execute integrated, omni-channel marketing strategies aligned to business objectives Drive seasonal and annual marketing strategies in line with financial targets Enhance brand positioning through innovative and insight-led campaigns Identify and leverage emerging trends within the retail and fashion landscape Campaign & Project Management Lead the planning and execution of all marketing campaigns, brand activations, and special projects Compile clear, strategic briefs and oversee delivery from concept through to execution Manage sponsorships, in-store activations, and customer experience initiatives Customer Insights & Experience Drive customer research and insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making Lead customer experience planning to ensure a consistent and engaging brand journey Continuously refine strategies to deepen customer connection and brand loyalty Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with senior leadership, merchants, creative, production, VM, and e-commerce teams Align marketing initiatives with merchandise planning and trading calendars Work in partnership with external marketing agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns Digital & Print Marketing Oversee execution across both digital and print channels Lead in-store marketing strategy across all store formats and grades Partner with Visual Merchandising to enhance the in-store brand experience within budget Supplier & Budget Management Manage external suppliers and negotiate cost-effective solutions Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and effectiveness Requirements Experience & Skills Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role within retail or fashion Strong background in brand strategy and omni-channel marketing Demonstrated success in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth Experience across both digital and print marketing environments Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity and performance Core Competencies Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution approach Strong project management and organisational skills Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Analytical mindset with strong reporting and insight capabilities Key Attributes Passion for fashion, retail, and consumer trends Innovative and forward-thinking approach Collaborative team player with strong leadership capability Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
