Provide support to the Sales effort by providing technical and client specific solution assistance to the BCX Sales team, through investigation, consultation and a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements which is achieved through co-operation and interaction with the Client, Sales, Product Management and Technical Architecture Divisions by playing a key role developing new business and take full responsibility for the full solution response of proposal preparation. Must have solid experience in Cyber Security Solutions. Not just Network Security Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Assist Sales team to identify sales opportunities Interpret and translate business requirements into an ICT Service solution Support Sales team in responding to new business opportunities Evaluation of proposed solution components to ensure consistency Create proposal addressing Business Requirement Specification, defining an ICT Services solution Ensure cost duplication is eliminated Manage, coordinate, and facilitate of the solution design process. Coordinate activities between Services and Sales to facilitate solution development Schedule and facilitate solution development workshops Follow the proposal format Co-ordinate, manage and schedule dates and timing of the proposal Conduct progress meetings Present solution Consult during the Transition of solution End to end ownership of solution – ensuring favourable and repeatable business Experience A minimum of 7 years’ experience of which at least 2 years on management level. If Grade 12 only, a minimum of 9 years’ experience will be required with at least 2 years on management level.
