Based in South Africa, you will be responsible for making 50-60 calls a day to companies in the UK, selling our recruitment services. This role is heavily focused on cold calling and requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and strong sales acumen. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling: Make 50-60 calls daily to potential clients in the UK to introduce and sell our recruitment services. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling. Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to decision-makers. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services. Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, customer needs, and potential improvements. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the recruitment industry. Education: Grade 12 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections. Resilience: High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection. Self-Motivation: Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
