The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in building maintenance, construction, or facilities management. Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous! 5+ Years’ experience in Building / Maintenance / Construction / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying. Valid driver’s license. Experience in managing a team, and knowledge of the relevant HR policies and procedures. Knowledgeable of Health & Safety policies and procedures. Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to plan and monitor budgets. Computer Literate. Responsibilities: Responsible for the management, maintenance, and upgrading of all the facilities, property and infrastructure. Compile annual Maintenance Plan.
