Salary Commensurate with qualifications and experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering. Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect certification. VMware VCP / CompTIA Server+ / Network+ (or equivalent). ITIL Foundation and COBIT-19 (advantageous). Experience Minimum 3 years in hybrid ICT infrastructure environments. Experience with Windows Server, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and enterprise storage. Backup & Disaster Recovery implementation experience. Exposure to SD-WAN, MPLS, and cloud cost optimisation. Key Responsibilities Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation, and Azure environments. Oversee email, collaboration, and storage systems. Maintain ≥ 99.1% system availability. Manage networks (firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN) and secure hybrid integrations. Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes. Monitor performance, optimise costs, and implement automation. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, POPIA, PFMA, and ICT governance frameworks. Manage service providers and ensure SLA compliance. Provide infrastructure performance reports to management. Core Competencies Strong Azure IaaS/PaaS and Microsoft 365 expertise. Advanced Windows Server and virtualisation skills.
