Robust understanding of Martech, AI, machine learning, marketing automation, digital transformation, and their application in multiple verticals. Strong Commercial acumen and Strategic thinking. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills, with established relationships at the CXO level. Responsibilities Position the company as a trusted AI partner across the business landscape, leveraging market insights on AI/ML, Martech automation, and customer data analytics. Translate business challenges from enterprises and industries into tailored AI-driven solutions for clients. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue growth targets through new customer acquisition and expanding footprint in existing accounts. Lead and mentor account management teams for relationship management, upsell/cross-sell, and customer value realization. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in telecom, financial institutions, and emerging industries. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex solution deployments, ensuring seamless delivery and measurable business impact. Prepare business development plans, sales forecasts, account plans, and customer presentations to drive C-level engagement. Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and value-based pricing discussions. Collaborate cross-functionally with presales, product, data science, delivery, and marketing teams. Establish and govern KPIs to monitor revenue, solution adoption, sector diversification progress, and overall regional performance. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums for vertical expansion.
