Job & Company Description: A well-established and progressive organisation based in Morningside, JHB North is looking to appoint a Professional Accountant to join their growing finance team.This opportunity is ideal for a BCom-qualified professional with completed SAIPA articles and at least 1 year of post-articleship experience who is eager to gain exposure in a strategic, commercially driven environment.The successful candidate will be involved in the full accounting function while gaining valuable exposure to the company's investments and forward-looking financial initiatives. This role is perfectly suited to an individual who is analytical, proactive, and eager to contribute to business growth and financial strategy.Mandarin-speaking candidates will be advantageous due to the nature of the business environment and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the full accounting function Prepare and review reconciliations and financial reports Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes Support investment-related financial activities and reporting Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Work closely with management on strategic financial initiatives Support audit processes and preparation of supporting documentation Job Experience & Qualifications: BCom degree essential SAIPA qualification essential Minimum 1-year post-article experience Exposure to financial reporting and reconciliations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Forward-thinking and commercially minded approach Excellent communication and organisational skills Mandarin speaking advantageous Take the next step in your finance career within a progressive organisation that values innovation, strategic thinking, and professional growth.
