DesignRush, a B2B marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is seeking an experienced ANALYTICS & TRACKING MANAGER with strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) who is: Strong in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and tracking architecture Hands on with data validation, dashboards and reporting reliability Able to identify inconsistencies and protect decision-making from bad data Comfortable using automation and AI tools to improve reporting workflows The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members. We’re looking for an ANALYTICS & TRACKING MANAGER whose main goal is to centralize tracking ownership, validate data accuracy and enable teams with reliable dashboards and reporting systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own Google Tag Manager structure, tracking implementation and maintenance Own Google Analytics set up, configuration and data integrity across organization Build and maintain dashboards for internal teams Validate data sources and reporting accuracy before distribution Define reporting standards and data governance practices Ensure tracking reliability across marketing, SEO, product and sales flows Troubleshoot tracking or analytics issues quickly and independently Use AI or automation tools to streamline reporting and validation workflows Document tracking frameworks and processes to reduce single-point dependency GOALS: Turn data into actionable business insight Ensure tracking accuracy and data trust QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of experience in analytics, tracking or data-focused roles Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Goggle Analytics Experience building dashboards (LookerStudio or similar tools) Solid understanding of data integrity, attribution and analytics workflows Ability to interpret and challenge inconsistent data Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset Excellent English speaking and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment Strong organizational and time management skills RECRUITMENT STEPS: Apply via LinkedIn Have an intro call with our Recruiter Receive a short test Send back answers + CV Have an interview with our General Manager and Hiring Manager We kindly ask for your CV and all correspondence to be in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
