Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers Process, verify, and match supplier invoices to POs and delivery notes Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies Ensure timely payment of creditors in accordance with agreed terms Maintain accurate and up-to-date creditor records Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs Assist with month-end processes, including accruals and reporting Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures Support audits by providing relevant documentation Job Experience and Skills Required Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience: Proven experience in Creditors Control or Accounts Payable Strong understanding of accounting principles Experience managing supplier accounts and reconciliations Skills: Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g. Paste) Advanced Excel skills Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Non-negotiables: Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Excellent organisational and communication skills If you are immediately available and meet the above requirements, apply today.
