MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Degree in agriculture industry is advantageous 4+ years experience in the role of Growers Liaison Computer literate Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skill Valid drivers licence RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Manage and maintain strong relationships with macadamia growers and suppliers. Coordinate supply to ensure consistent delivery aligned with production needs. Monitor and enforce quality standards and compliance with industry requirements. Conduct farm visits and provide technical support to improve yield and quality. Collect and analyse grower data, and report on performance and supply forecasts. Support contract management and ensure adherence to agreed terms. Communicate market requirements and align growers with export standards.
