About the Job An Associate Data Scientist on our Global Data Science and Innovation team will play a critical role in developing advanced analytical solutions that drive organisational growth. The role involves collaborating with colleagues to implement cutting‑edge AI/ML projects, directly impacting our ability to scale and maintain industry‑leading standards. You will work closely with software engineers, product delivery teams, and customer success colleagues to ensure seamless integration of our solutions. This role requires technical expertise and flexibility, and strong collaboration skills to represent our innovative initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. Job Goals Develop and integrate new features to enhance functionality in our products and models for internal and external users. Champion best practices in software development within the team. Write comprehensive tests and documentation to ensure reliability. Create and maintain efficient pipelines and infrastructure for seamless deployment. Deploy models into production, ensuring their stability and performance. Collaborate with engineering teams to achieve cohesive organisational goals. Share insights and innovative solutions within the AI/ML domain through cross‑team collaboration. Research new methodologies, techniques, and algorithms to keep our products as the best in class in the market. Ideal Skills & Capabilities Proficiency in coding languages such as R and Python. Strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning models, with familiarity of their applications to marketing, market research, or media measurement. Experience with manipulation and maintenance of databases (e.g., SQL). Ability to work effectively in global setups with diverse cross‑geography teams and cultures. Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance big‑picture thinking with meticulousness. Energetic, self‑driven, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in developing and maintaining live products is desirable but not required. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, knowledge of Git, and containerisation tools (e.g., Docker) are a plus.
