Job Summary As a Risk Management Analyst you will support the administration of the Enterprise Risk Management System (ERMS) and associated responsibilities to help us stay ahead of the game. Responsibilities Maintain and administer the ERMS, including data entry and tracking and updating risk registers to ensure quality of information. Coordinate and schedule meetings, administer and support the Enterprise Risk Management Team with training material development to promote risk awareness. Support development and maintenance of risk‑management documentation, policies and procedures. Maintain and organise electronic and physical files related to enterprise risk‑management activities, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility. Support risk owners and champions in identifying, analysing risk and control information and ensure risks are appropriately managed. Assist risk and control owners in accurately documenting the control environment for reliable risk assessments. Assist the Risk Management Specialist in enforcing risk‑management processes in line with policies and procedures. Review information in the risk‑management system to identify quality issues and collaborate with the business to improve accuracy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and compile risk‑related information and reports, and assist with dissemination. Engage with ERM tool support for effective operation and resolution of related requests or issues. Investigate future enhancements and resolve problems within the ERP system. Provide general administrative support to the Risk Management Specialist and larger team as required. Support risk owners in monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs). Stay current with risk‑management frameworks, regulatory updates and industry best practices. Perform other duties as reasonably required to support the effective management of enterprise risks. Essential Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience collaborating in cross‑functional teams to achieve shared goals. Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time. Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of quality. Adaptability to changing environments and priorities. BComm in Internal/External Audit (preferred), Law or related fields, or certifications in Risk Management. At least 2years of proven experience in a risk‑management or audit environment. Knowledge of enterprise risk‑management principles and practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data‑entry/document‑management tools. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Commitment to confidentiality and integrity of information. Desirable Skills In‑depth knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, betting types and market trends. Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry and understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations. Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions. Experience using ERM software. Postgraduate certification or diploma in Risk Management.
