Overview Night Auditor (NA JUNE ) – The Stellenbosch Hotel Reference: NA JUNE Salary: ZAR/hour Job Location: South Africa - Cape Winelands District - Stellenbosch Job Type: Temporary Posted: Monday, June 1, 2026 Closing date: 12 Jun :59 Responsibilities Provide overall revenue control for the Hotel by carrying out daily audits to ensure that all daily revenue has been accounted for. Check and ensure all room charges are correct. Audit all daily revenue reports to ensure all income is accounted for in accordance with company guidelines. Audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial activities. Assist with reservations inquiries when required. Prepare and distribute revenue reports to stakeholders. Balance all totals for cash and credit cards and run end-of-day reports. Perform duties of front desk operations. Handle emergency procedures. Requirements Matric required Driver license Hospitality qualification or equivalent Proven experience as a night auditor or similar Opera Cloud experience is essential MS Office proficient An aptitude for figures and systems Ability to capture, interpret and interrogate data 2 years’ experience in front office department as a night auditor or night receptionist Knowledge about financial controls Working night shifts 23:00–07:00 Competencies MS365, Opera, POS Knowledge of basic accounting Handles guest and operational issues calmly and makes sound decisions Communicates clearly and hands over effectively Monitors property safety and reports incidents promptly Completes tasks before shift ends Keeps financial information confidential We Offer An empowering work environment A remuneration package including retirement benefits 18 working days leave per annum Other company benefits Training and development opportunities To apply, please click the apply button.
