Manage stock: sourcing, pricing, merchandising, trade‑ins. Drive customer satisfaction, repeat and referral business. Track KPIs: sales, gross profit, stock turn, CSI, back‑end penetration. Manage cost control, reporting, and compliance. Qualifications 5+ years in Automotive Sales Management with a Franchise Dealership environment. Strong leadership, coaching and negotiation skills. Proven record of meeting targets and growing profit. Experience in stock procurement and valuation. Matric + valid SA driver’s license (Tertiary in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
