This is a high-impact, hybrid role for a driven individual who thrives at the intersection of business development, strategy, and operations. You will work closely with executive leadership on market expansion, client growth, and international strategic initiatives. The role blends boardroom-level collaboration with business development execution, ideal for someone eager to learn how to scale a business from the inside out. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Exposure Collaborate with the MD on market analysis and growth strategy Contribute to commercial, operational, and financial decisions Develop frameworks for pricing strategy, operations scaling, and process improvement Support data analysis, reporting, and implementation of new strategies Business Development & Client Growth Identify and develop new opportunities in clinical trials, pharma, and biotech Conduct market research across the US and EU Manage the full sales lifecycle, including proposals, stakeholder engagement, and contract close Maintain and grow client relationships with operational support Global Exposure Engage clients internationally via Zoom, Teams, or travel Support relationship building and on-site visits for deal closure What You’ll Bring CA, BCom LLB, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or MBA Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience Background in sales, consulting, or business development Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and high energy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential, data tools advantageous) Nice to Have Team management or mentoring experience Experience in international logistics, healthcare, or pharma sectors Familiarity with pricing models, market-entry strategy, or global partnerships What’s on Offer Exposure to strategic decision-making alongside senior leadership Career progression across a global group Learning in international trade, business strategy, and medical logistics Global client engagement and potential relocation opportunities Company Culture This organisation operates in a fast-paced, global environment where initiative, commercial curiosity, and strategic thinking are rewarded.
