Ability to work independently and manage a structured sales pipeline. Strong client relationship management abilities. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required. PSIRA Registered Grade A Key Responsibilities: Drive monthly and annual sales revenue growth in line with company targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client engagement. Conduct professional site assessments and client needs analyses. Design and present tailored technology security solutions including: o CCTV and intelligent video analyticso Alarm and off-site monitoring solutionso Access control systemso Perimeter protection solutionso Remote monitoring platformsPrepare quotations, proposals, and solution presentations. Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline through the CRM system. Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring excellent customer service. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Technically Proficient, Digitally Literate, Technologically Adept Ensure all sales administration and reporting requirements are completed accurately and timeously.
