My client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their small team in the clothing industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage orders, documents and filing systems Handle scheduling, emails, and correspondence Assist with day-to-day office operations Liaise and attend brief meetings with customers. Prepare for all meetings with customers and suppliers. Check all PO’s received from customer. Ensure all communications to the customer and suppliers are clear. General Admin and maintenance of style files on a daily basis.
