Support fleet logistics optimisation and policy‑adherence initiatives together with NSO Services and the Fleet Vehicles Logistics Supplier. Collaborate with HR Benefits, IT, Finance Controlling, Plant Security and brand teams on vehicle logistics. Coordinate daily vehicle bookings, in‑fleeting and de‑fleeting of vehicles. Verify monthly invoices for the demo fleet and ensure accuracy of daily and monthly fleet reports. Facilitate monthly fleet reconciliations for fuel and utilisation, and organise fleet management meetings. Oversee the appointed Fleet Vehicle Logistics provider, managing KPIs and SLAs. Update QMS documents (Work Instructions and Process Standards) annually. Handle general fleet queries and conduct monthly and annual stock counts. Requirements Fluent in Afrikaans and English; basic German is required. Associate‑level experience in operations or fleet management (minimum experience: Associate).
