Part‑time Bookkeeper & Administrative Support We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper & Administrative Support professional to join our growing team on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a structured environment, and is comfortable working across both financial and administrative functions. Working Hours Part‑time, 3 pm – 8 pm (SA time). Potential to transition into a full‑time role as the company grows. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online Perform bank and account reconciliations accurately and timeously Handle invoicing, including billing clients and tracking payments Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and coordination Assist with day‑to‑day operational tasks to keep things running smoothly Requirements Proven experience with QuickBooks Online Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and reconciliations Experience managing invoices, billing, and paymentsHighly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly Clear and concise communicator Ability to take initiative and work independently What We're Looking For Someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do twice.
