Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance activities and repairs Perform hands-on maintenance and general repair work when required Manage preventative maintenance schedules and ensure work is completed on time Supervise contractors and maintenance staff where necessary Ensure facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to a high standard Handle basic electrical, plumbing, welding, tiling, painting, and building repairs Maintain irrigation systems, electric fencing, and general grounds maintenance Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Source maintenance materials and manage maintenance-related stock and tools Report maintenance issues and provide feedback on completed work Minimum Requirements Proven experience in a maintenance co-ordination or maintenance supervisory role Strong hands-on maintenance experience across multiple trades Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, welding, painting, tiling, and general building maintenance Experience with irrigation systems and electric fencing will be advantageous Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Good communication and leadership skills Valid drivers license essential
