Employer Description Bespoke retail fitout and shopfitting contractor Job Description Reporting into the Director, the Junior Fleet Manager will handle: Full fleet of 70 vehicles Accident management and insurance claims Fleet tracking system management Monitor vehicle camera systems and fuel consumption across the fleet Monitor and administer fuel cards and usage Manage drivers behaviour, compliance, drinking status Assist with breakdowns or roadside accidents, licence renewals and fines Plan and monitor routes as well as tracking vehicle and driver performance Implement and improve processes and systems Cost control and reporting of fleet expenses Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in fleet supervision or management Fleet or Logistics qualification beneficial Skills Proven experience with mixed fleets / different vehicle types Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and servicing MS Office and fleet Management Systems Reside in the East Rand
